How you earn it: Refer a friend to Chime by sending a referral link through your Chime app.

How you qualify: Qualify for SpotMe and enroll in the program through the Chime app.

Details: The friends you refer must be new Chime members. Friends must set up qualified direct deposits of $200 or more within 45 days of opening an account. These are ACH deposits paid by an employer, payroll provider, or something similar. Within 14 days of their direct deposit, friends must activate their physical Chime Visa Debit Card.

Both you and your referral get the $100 referral bonus. Only the person referring gets a $10 boost to their maximum SpotMe amount for six months. SpotMe covers some overdrafts.
