Chase Sapphire Lounge locations

While Chase only just began opening Sapphire lounges (circa 2022), it's quickly joining the ranks of best airline lounge credit cards. As of right now, here's where you can find them.

Austin (AUS) terrace

Hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (subject to change)

Date opened: March 2023

The Austin terrace isn't a lounge per se, but rather an outdoor area for Chase Sapphire cardholders. You can find it at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in the mezzanine level in Barbara Jordan Terminal.

While there's some indoor seating available, most of it is outdoors, which could be inconvenient during rainy or hot summer days. On a good day, you can enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and games. The terrace is only open to Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve card holders within three hours of their departing flight.

Boston (BOS) lounge

Hours: 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Date opened: May 2023

The Boston lounge is located between gates B40 and B39 at the Boston Logan International Airport. The lounge is spacious (11,640 square feet) and offers Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardmembers an array of benefits, including gourmet coffee, seasonal dining options, artisanal cocktails, local beers, and wine. It also has massage chairs, private bathrooms with showers, and nursing rooms.

Dulles International Airport (IAD) lounge

Hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Date opened: March 2024

The Dulles lounge, which is operated by Etihad Airlines but open to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders, is found in Concourse A near gate A14. Though not as big as the Boston lounge, the Etihad Lounge at Dulles has two levels, a full bar, and plenty of seating. You can order meals off its QR code menus or pick up ready-to-eat snacks. It also has a family room, gender neutral bathrooms, a reflection room, and shower facilities.

Hong Kong (HKG) lounge

Hours: 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Date opened: October 2022

The first of the Chase Sapphire Lounges, the Hong Kong lounge has a gorgeous bar, along with a buffet that serves fruit, salad, finger foods, and larger meals. You'll also find plenty of seating, from booths to workstations to lounge chairs with privacy walls. The lounge is located in the West Hall, Level 7, the Departures Level, near Gate 40.

New York City (LGA) lounge

Hours: 4:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (subject to change)

Date opened: January 2024

The Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia is located within Terminal B. Just pass through security on the fourth floor and it's right before the Eastern Concourse pedestrian bridge. Like other Chase lounges, the Sapphire Lounge at LaGuardia has tons of little nooks and spaces where you can rest or work, including family rooms, wellness area, and nursing rooms. You can also order food off its menu or enjoy a drink for its 360-degree bar.

New York City (JFK) lounge

Hours: 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. (subject to change)

Date opened: January 2024

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club with Etihad Airways at JFK can be found in Terminal 4 in the mezzanine on Level 4 just above gate A2. The lounge has plenty of areas to work or rest, plus showers and reflection rooms. It also has a full bar with seasonal dining options.

In addition to these, Chase plans to open lounges in the following airports:

  • Las Vegas (LAS
  • Philadelphia (PHL)
  • Phoenix (PHX)
  • San Diego (SAN)
