Intro APR offer for purchases

New cardholders get a 1.99% introductory APR on purchases for 12 months from account opening. This can significantly reduce your interest fees with such a low introductory rate. Terms apply.

No annual fee

Paying annual credit card fees can sometimes unlock big benefits. But it's even better when you get the perks without the fees. The Navy Federal More Rewards American Express® Credit Card charges no annual fee while still offering competitive rewards and low interest rates. This is great for cardholders who want to streamline their credit card experience. A card with no annual fee and everyday rewards creates the ideal combination for a low-hassle, one-card setup.

No foreign transaction fees

Traveling and military life tend to go hand in hand. So a card that charges you extra fees just to make purchases abroad isn't going to be much help. The Navy Federal More Rewards American Express® Credit Card has no foreign transaction fees. This means you won't be stuck with an extra fee on purchases you make in foreign currencies or that route through foreign banks. (Terms apply.) Since some cards charge up to 3% in foreign transaction fees, this perk is potentially very valuable.

Low ongoing APR for purchases and transfers

Having an introductory offer that reduces your interest rate is great. But intro offers run out. A card with low ongoing APR saves you money on interest fees well beyond the typical intro offer. The Navy Federal More Rewards American Express® Credit Card's regular interest rate range is lower than the majority of credit cards from the bigger issuers. Applicants with the best credit will be offered a super-low rate at the bottom of the range. Even if you get a rate from the top of the range, you're still likely to fare better than you would with other cards.
