Better Buy: Caesars or MGM Resorts?

The Las Vegas giants have some major differences in their businesses.

Caesars Entertainment (CZR 1.70%) and MGM Resorts (MGM +0.29%) both reported first-quarter financial results this week, and they were very different considering the markets the two companies are exposed to. Travis Hoium highlights which stock he thinks is the better buy in the video below.
