This Industry Leader Gained 25% in Six Weeks -- Here's Why It Could Still Be Cheap

Industrial real estate stocks were hit hard by the tariff announcements but have since rebounded sharply.

Prologis (PLD +1.25%) is the clear leader in industrial real estate, and as a truly global logistics operation, it was hit hard by President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariff announcement. The stock has since rebounded strongly, but it could still be a smart stock to buy for patient investors.
